Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 7 years in procurement – with minimum of 3 years strategic category management experience and minimum of 4 years in an individual contributor role such as senior buyer or sourcing specialist supporting an indirect services category - Deep knowledge and experience in developing and leading a category sourcing strategy using formal industry standard sourcing methodologies - Proficient in leading RF(x) process, contract development, creating SOW’s, and negotiation skills - Proficient supplier relationship and performance management - Proficient in stakeholder engagement - Proficient in market intelligence and data analytics - Effectively utilize program and project management tools and techniques while managing multiple complex projects and deadlines - Strong communication and listening skills, teamwork, collaboration, ability to build relationships and affect change remotely, and effectively influence others to ensure successful project outcome while adhering to procurement best practices - Ability to form, prioritize and lead project teams to support indirect service needs across multiple business divisions - Ability to travel up to 5% Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing or Business - CPSM, CPM, SPSM or similar certification - Experience with marketing services procurement and/or experience with international projects *Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
