Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree (focus on HR, Business, Organizational Effectiveness or related field preferred) or equivalent demonstrated experience relative to the role expectations - Minimum of 7 years HR functional experience is preferred or equivalent demonstrated capability via business experience - Demonstrated experience and capability in leadership coaching, complex facilitation, contracting, conflict resolution, change management, organizational design and development - Experience in driving and implementing effective Integrated Talent processes - Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and processes - Strong inter-personal relationship and communication skills, written and verbal - Influencing skills, and ability to work across a matrix organization - Ability to establish credibility (garners respect, acts with integrity, keeps commitments); proactive (has a point of view, challenges assumptions, takes initiative); and a trusted thought-partner (builds relationships, delivers results) - Ability to work effectively in an international environment and in various time zones - Ability to travel up to 20% *Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates in the continental United States (US) and Canada, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
