A successful SMB Implementation Consultant at Wurk will onboard small business clients. This person will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of the new client implementation and establish a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams. The right candidate will identify new opportunities to drive growth and create efficiencies in the SMB implementation process.
What you’ll need to accomplish!
- In the first 30-60 days
- Learn and understand the Wurk SMB Implementation methodology and begin to work alongside a team member and assist with set up and configuration.
- Develop a full understanding of the SMB product offering
- Learn and understand the Wurk SMB Implementation methodology and begin to work alongside a team member and assist with set up and configuration.
- In the first 90 days and beyond
- Ensure an on-time and successful client implementation into the WorkForce Ready HCM system, following Wurk guidelines and in accordance with client expectations
- Translate client requirements into Payroll and TLM system configuration
- Ensure all historical payroll and tax data is loaded and balanced properly
- Become an expert in the technology and thoroughly train new clients for continued success after implementation
- Take on a consultative approach and present the client with solutions for issues within the confines of the SMB configuration
- Provide ongoing feedback to the product team to ensure SMB product meets client’s requirements while utilizing a minimum of Wurk resources
What you’ll need to have!
- 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least two years of experience implementing Kronos Workforce Ready, with expertise in the Payroll and TLM modules
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employer tax laws and regulations
- Understanding of state overtime, sick time and wage laws
- At least 2 years of experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, including a strong familiarity with Excel
- A strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Personable and able to maintain a positive working relationship with clients and team members
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
What we’d like you to have!

The approximate base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 based on candidate experience, education, and geographic location. This is the range for CO residents, consideration will be given for location, experience, etc.
