W&W Steel Erectors, is major steel construction company based US that specializes in the construction of heavy commercial, stadium and bridge steel structures.
In this role, the Bilingual Field (English/Korean) Project Manager responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and scope.
- In field coordination with the W&W Steel Erectors (WWSE) Ironworker foreman, including rawing management, material deliveries, tool and equipment requirements.
- Daily tracking of actual steel production of the steel pieces erected, bolted and welded.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, blueprint and related engineering documents.
- Track design changes and extra work daily reports.
- Generate the DCR’s (Daily Construction Reports). The DCR identifies daily the amount of workers on site, the quantity and type of equipment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English/Korean
- Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
