Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC General Manager with expertise in ServiceTitan to oversee our service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of our HVAC service division, with a focus on P&L review, budget management, daily sales behavior analysis, incentive program creation, and oversight of install profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strong leadership and management to the service team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
ServiceTitan Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of ServiceTitan to streamline scheduling, dispatching, and reporting processes.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all service operations meet or exceed customer expectations by maintaining a high standard of service quality and timely response to customer needs.
P&L Review: Regularly review and analyze the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department's budget, monitoring expenses and profitability, and making data-driven decisions to optimize financial performance.
Daily Sales Behavior Analysis: Review daily sales behavior and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Incentive Program Creation: Design and implement incentive programs to motivate and reward service technicians and sales staff, driving performance and revenue growth.
Install Profitability Oversight: Monitor and optimize the profitability of HVAC installations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and support staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Inventory Management: Manage service truck stock and inventory to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Compliance: Stay current with industry regulations and ensure all service operations comply with safety standards and local codes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an HVAC General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Proficiency in using ServiceTitan for service management.
Strong HVAC technical knowledge.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
Business acumen and budget management experience.
HVAC industry certifications (e.g., EPA certification) are a plus.
