Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
Supporting Performance Process
Lunch & Learn Company initiatives
Supporting with Employment Engagement Survey
Initiate and process semi-monthly payroll with PEO in conjunction with the HR VP
Maintain payroll deductions, deferrals, and withholdings for all employees.
Administer benefits programs (life, health, dental, vision, disability, 401(K), paid time off, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance) to include change reporting, reviewing benefit invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.

Support on Data reports
Communicate with Insperity by sending a payroll file a minimum 4 days prior to the pay date
Approve time-off requests that are pending for the pay period
Submit accruals for semi-monthly employees
Update Employee Files: Confirm dental/vision deductions on the EASE platform and add them to the spreadsheet. Confirm phone stipend file and add to spreadsheet. Review employee medical elections and add to the spreadsheet if there is a credit needed.
Review any retro pay for new hires and add to spreadsheet. Add benefits stipend to a spreadsheet if the employee is waiving dental/medical coverage. Input information on termed employees, calculate PTO payout and term in the system
Calculate GTL amount using the calculation spreadsheet: Ensure this GTL amount is added to the payroll. If there is a salary update, update this on the calculation spreadsheet and ensure that this is also in the GB employee Update file. For employees on timecards (office managers/interns). Ensure that the timecards are sent at the end of each week. Add these hours to the payroll input
Reviewing the payroll input: After sending the payroll file to Insperity, ensure that all the updates on the file that was sent to them have been made - including retro pay and GTL (we cannot edit GTL)
Input information on termed employees, calculate PTO payout and term in the system
Review bonus by pay cycle file: Ensure that each referral bonus, sign-on bonus, etc. is reflected in the input. To note, these are not included on the file and need to be manually added to the input
Submit bi-weekly accruals for the interns
Ensure intern's timecards are complete/approved on a weekly basis
Transmit the payroll and ensure everything is through direct deposit when reviewing the payroll input

Coordinate with Insperity Total Comp Annual Statements for employees
Support with Open HC Control: Mapping with managers' Hiring Plan and if they are following the numbers set
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven experience in HR
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Resources - related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
High Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Ability to communicate, support, engaged and inclusive work environment
Strong attention to detail
Skilled at managing time and multiple priorities to carry out assignments in a timely and thorough manner
Job Type: Full-time /40 hours per week, benefits-eligible
