Full Job Description:
Looking for a full-time experienced Employee Benefits Division Leader to join our culture of success. The Employee Benefits Division Leader will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team and be responsible for the strategic leadership of the division and developing a highly effective team. The Employee Benefits Division Leader works closely with Producers to support and develop effective employee benefits strategies and programs for clients. The Employee Benefits Division Leader will support Account Managers in strategic account management for moderately complex client accounts. The Employee Benefits Division Leader will work closely with the largest clients to form effective business relationships through proactive client service, proactively manage plan renewals, and serve as a benefits resource in supporting the producer's new business efforts.

Responsibilities:
Lead strategist in developing employee communication strategies and materials
Assist account management team in analyzing carrier reports, benefit plan structures, plan design, and industry trends and make appropriate benefit plan recommendations
Provide consulting to large clients regarding health and welfare benefits program plan design and trends within the benefits industry
Responsible for the overall growth and retention strategy of the Employee Benefits Division
Acts as liaison between clients and insurance carriers to resolve escalated complex service issues that require policy interpretation
Hire and develop account managers, client services, and consultants to grow market share
Qualifications: College degree and insurance license required
**MUST have 5 years of Employee Benefits Consulting experience**
