Our client, an AV-rated, regional insurance defense firm, has an opening in its Oakton, VA office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling all phases of State and Federal general civil litigation with a concentration on Property, Casualty, Coverage, and Worker Compensation defense matters. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess superior research and writing skills, and have an excellent academic record. A Virginia license is required. Additional Bar licenses and judicial clerkship or prosecutorial experience are a plus.
