We are currently looking for a bright, committed and ambitious attorney with four to seven years of experience to join our Trial and Litigation Practice Group, with a focus on eminent domain.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities, superior research and writing skills, and a strong work ethic.

It is essential that candidates possess significant experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions.
Candidates should also have prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions.
Eminent Domain or real estate / real property experience is preferred but not required.
This position affords an opportunity for a motivated and qualified attorney to gain significant litigation and trial experience on a wide array of public entity-related land acquisition issues throughout California.

The salary range for this California-based role is $165,000 - $190,000, representing the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
