Electrical Estimator

Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation and be familiar with industry-specific tools and practices.

Responsible for project takeoff and bid generation through the use of Conest software

• Generate estimate proposal
• Develop Material and Labor budgets for awarded projects
• Assist Project Management team with Change Orders/Budget updates
• Generate, submit, and follow-up of RFIs during bidding process
• Project performance evaluations post-completion
  
  

Conest Database management

• Ensure materials being used in the field are the same as what is being included in the estimates
  
  

Requirements

• Conest experience - Minimum of 2 years (full time position) estimating new construction electrical projects or similar software
• ConestDatabase management - Minimum of 1 year
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Accuracy when bidding materials and labor (budgets)
• Accurate and quick proposal generation time (awarded ratio)
