Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead technology projects related to finance transformation, with a focus on data and analytics initiatives such as Data Warehouse, Data Hub, Data Governance, Analytics, and Predictive Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively manage project resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Manage Agile portfolios and funding allocations for technology projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
Provide executive presence and leadership in project governance forums, steering committees, and executive briefings.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.
Knowledge:
