Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and collaborate with project stakeholders. This position allows for some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Construction Management, Project Supervision, and Team Leadership skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software m, Microsoft Project
• Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
