At our Ann Arbor site, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to be a part of our growing team.
The Distribution Management Sales Support and Digital Coordinator role is a hybrid function. This position's primary responsibilities will focus on the roles and responsibilities of a Distribution Management Sales Support Coordinator and, when necessary, perform tasks relating to Digital partnerships. This position exists to support critical administrative tasks within the Distribution Team while also taking on support for digital topics across Sales and distribution regionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for pricing integrity and credit management for all distribution partners in the region.
- Engage in joint calls with distribution partners to support pricing, reporting and administrative roles and become more aware of the needs of the partnership.
- Responsible for preparing reporting templates with "think cell" charts on a monthly basis and working with the team members to ensure that reporting in completed and distributed in a timely fashion.
- Provide Digital support by participating in Digital calls and conferring across regional lines to determine what other regions (BENELUX, UK, etc.) have implemented using the new "My Account" construct. Participate in regional discussion on use of Knowledge or other "marketplace" software/partnerships.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field
- 2-4 years relevant experience required
- Knowledge of Office and associated programs, especially Outlook, excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Well organized and skilled in time management
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively, develop relationships, and negotiate in difficult situations
- Must be able to work independently and make routine decisions in alignment with the direction of the business
- Must demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, SAP, and CRM systems
- Able to successfully influence others so that information can be obtained to meet timely deadlines and reporting
- Proficient in developing and maintain relationships across business teams and distribution partners
