Our Company Values impact all of our decisions and include:
Whole Health
For our clients: We serve our clients with long-term benefits and whole health in mind.
We communicate in the way that best suits the client. For some this is phone, others prefer email and some prefer in person meetings. We will look for the best solution for the client. For some, this means going around the legal process not through it.
For our firm: Each person has his or her own preferences, styles, limitations, and strengths.
We endeavor to have ultimate flexibility and personal accountability to our clients and the rest of the team.
Growth
For our clients: We understand this is a time of intense and often painful transition.
We recognize the need to be patient, caring, compassionate, and kind. We work relentlessly to protect our clients and their children, but we do not use the legal system or process to tear down families or inflict unnecessary pain and suffering. We want to support their continuous improvement toward fulfillment,
peace and independence. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients and working with them to get the best result for their family.
For our firm: We are hungry for growth and improvement in all things. All positions include annual reviews of performance, compensation, and other financial benefits. We meet weekly as a firm and have team-based goals.
We embrace technology, especially that which allows us to serve clients better and live out our other values. We invest in personal and professional growth, education, and company growth. We face change with optimism and an open mind. We work to continuously improve our relationships, health, knowledge, service and efficiency.
Creativity, Bravery, Optimism and Empathy
For our clients: We embrace these qualities with each and every client, and each and every case. Those clients who also embrace these values are the best fit with our firm and will be most happy working with us.
For our firm: Our approach to work embraces these qualities. This is truly a differentiator and our clients feel this difference at Wagner & Bloch. Our attitude in approaching cases, change, and each other is continually influenced by our perceptions and attitudes.
