Compensation:$85,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
- Become proficient in estate planning strategies, estate administration, and real estate matters
- Develop long lasting relationships with clients
- Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
- Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
- Previous experience in at least 2 of our practice areas
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
- Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a law firm environment. More experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
