JOB SUMMARY:


The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for greeting visitors to the company in a courteous, professional manner. Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO by multi-tasking while maintaining complex schedules, and various other activities. Supports headquarters by coordinating travel and assists departments with other clerical activities. Must share our company's mission, culture, values and gain the respect/trust of leaders throughout the organization.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Associates degree in Business or Office Administration - Preferred
  2. One year of office administrative experience is required for this position. 3-5 years of office administrative or equivalent experience - Preferred
  3. Must be able to work in a professional manner with highly confidential, sensitive information.
  4. Must be well organized, ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time, ability to work under stress, strong decision making, problem solving, and leadership skills are necessary for this position.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required and
  6. Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
