Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst at Wake Research, an M3 company. This is a remote position.

Mission of the Role:

The Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst will focus on supporting the organization by performing financial activities to ensure all financial items are captured accurately and timely. The Financial Analyst will reconcile accrued study activity against amounts paid.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Initiate, maintain, and review financial tracking for all assigned study budgets.
• Invoice sponsors and CROs.
• Research any accounts receivable discrepancies provided by Associate Finance Director.
• Identify payment issues regarding delayed or incomplete study payments and communicate to sponsor, CRO, and site clinical team/Controller accordingly.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Healthcare Administrative
• 2 years of experience in financial management, health administration, business administration, pharmaceutical/clinical research industry or medical collections
• Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information accurately and appropriate, with discretion.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or related accounting software applications.
