Key Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring our associates, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support associates, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and development.
- Process Improvement: Implement and communicate efficient processes to meet business needs and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

- OR 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years' of college in a Business or related field.
