Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Front Office team (Bell/Door and Front Desk) in the day to day operation
- Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent guest service
- Observes performance and encourages improvement
- Ensures all job related tasks are being completed both effectively and efficiently
- Adheres to and enforces the hotel standards of operation
- Takes on a leadership role with any hotel, guest or employee issue resolving concerns successfully
- Assists with administrative projects
- Acts responsibly and leads by example
- Communicates appropriately with all departments to provide clear direction to the staff
Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
- Prior cash handling experience necessary
- Must read, write and speak English fluently
- 1 - 2 years of prior guest service experience is required, 6 months-1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills – Opera experience
- Team player with a personable, enthusiastic and outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality
