You'll make an impact as you:
- Oversee market quality performance indicator (KPI) performance.
- Ensure ongoing market quality improvement (QI) activity.
- Conduct quality and patient safety investigations.
- Promote provider mentorship, support, engagement, behavioral counseling, and evaluations.
- Participate in and lead dentist interviews.
- Coordinate market FTE planning, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and education.
- Jointly oversee market health center team member, provider, and patient experience KPIs.
- Perform regular site visits throughout the market.
- Meet regularly with the Market Director and Market Medical Director.
- Tour market offices with the Market Director weekly.
- Jointly oversee market business KPI performance.
- Oversee provider availability and utilization.

Practice dentistry approximately 40% of the time.
- Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of patients in our clinic.
- Perform dental procedures, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals while ensuring the safe administration of anesthetics and conscious sedation.
- Work with Dental Hygienists to ensure understanding of state and local compliance measures.
- Work in electronic health record systems.
- Cross collaborate with other providers specialized in their fields.
- Apply thorough understanding of the balance and importance of quality and accessible patient care.
- Deliver comprehensive integrated care.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have:
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 1 year of experience in Walmart Health
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience as a practicing dental provider
- Degree from Accredited School of Dentistry
- Current, unrestricted licensed in State where practicing
- Is not sanctioned or has adverse action against licenses held in other states within the past 5 years
- Valid DEA
- Valid CDS if applicable to state
- Current American Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
