Director – US End-to-End Finance & Strategy - Facilities Maintenance Walmart Corporate - Job R-1421509 Bentonville, AR (In-Office) Great Director of Finance Strategy Job for Fortune#1 US Retail Facilities Maintenance Operations About Walmart US Operations Finance & Strategy Walmart's US Operations Finance Team is hiring a Director of Finance to support the End-to-End Finance & Strategy function for Facilities Maintenance within our Network of Walmart US Retail Stores. You will work with finance and business leadership to support short and long-term business planning for the upkeep and modernization Walmart stores and related facilities across our massive national footprint. Reporting to the Senior Director II of the E2E Operations Finance & Strategy Team, you'll support Strategic Financial Planning for Walmart US Retail Stores Operations. You will rely on your strategic finance acumen, data visualization, storytelling, and insights to solve complex financial problems. What you'll do: Advise Leadership and Business Partners on Strategic Finance by supporting priorities and providing a forward-looking lens for the business Assist Senior Management with a structured approach to solving problems and actionable insights on geographic opportunities for growth Enable Strategic Initiatives by facilitating collaboration and alignment to chart the path to profitable solutions Maximize Finance Strategy with financial forecasting and strategic planning to create viable financial models while maintaining Quality Assurance for financials across departments Use New Tools to track indicators such as volume and productivity Develop Talent and Leadership to attract and grow a skilled workforce, while cultivating a positive environment for team members to learn and grow What you'll bring: You have 7 years of financial planning or finance strategy support for major business operations within a large corporate environment. You have experience with Finance for Real Estate Operations with a retail chain or large firm with many brick and mortar locations. You have experience building teams and managing people. You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models. You have experience developing scorecards, dashboards and clear financial metrics.
