As a Coach, you are someone who is expected to:
- Motivates team to meet goals and perform at high standards
- Encourages collaboration and teamwork amongst associates
- Reinforces what teamwork should look like and that team leads executes the vision
- Creates and communicates merchandise plans
- Understands and plans to improve the P&L
- Exhibits a total store mindset
- Guides associates who need improvement and provides honest feedback
- Spends time listening to associates and acts on their ideas, questions or concerns
- Evaluates talent, identifies career paths for associates and staffs the team appropriately
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility.
For facilities that sell firearms, requires successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
