Stocking associate 2 P.M.-11P.M.

This position will initially be a 60-day temporary role, after which we'll evaluate its continuation. The work schedule is Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM, including an hour-long lunch break and two 15-minute breaks. If all goes well, we'll consider transitioning it to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:
- Stock and replenish merchandise on store shelves and displays
- Ensure accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service
- Operate a forklift to move and stack merchandise as needed
- Package and label products for shipment or delivery

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures and practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage stock levels and product placement
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and sales calculations

Skills:
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks
- Knowledge of sales techniques to assist customers in finding products
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and stocking tasks
- Attention to detail for proper packaging, labeling, and product placement
