Job Summary:
Want to join the journey in building the largest Digital Omni Retail Experience? As we expand Walmart eCommerce, Marketplace and Store Services online, we are seeing these worlds coming together to create a seamless customer experience. In the Availability Platform Product team, we ensure that our assortment is available all the time to customers. Every new experience Walmart launches, be it Subscriptions, PetRx, Virtual Bundles requires unique capabilities to ensure customers are able to shop these experiences online. If you enjoy solving complex problems, have a strong sense of ownership, able to work in ambiguity and love for data, know how to foster strong relationships and build trust, and work for the success of the entire team then this position could be for you. About the team:
Platform Product team is part of Walmart Global Tech (CTO) organization and responsible for building platform products that work across clients (Walmart, Sam’s, other retailers) and markets (US, Canada, Mexico, other markets with Walmart International operations). We work closely with stakeholders from Walmart US Product team, business, store operations, engineering, design, data science, analytics and program. Our goal is to build a scalable Availability platform that is client & market agnostic.

- A do-er with strong sense of ownership and eye for detail who can not only champion product vision, strategy, and roadmap in support of corporate goals and objectives, but can also roll up your sleeves to get deep in the weeds to help the team get the job done.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, use data and sound business judgment to influence prioritization and trade-off decisions.

- You’re comfortable influencing others, leading large rooms, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
- Flexible, adaptive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a huge plus.
- A minimum 6 years of experience product and technology management, building enterprise software products in the areas of e-commerce, inventory, retail, or supply chain.
What you’ll do:
- Developing and enhancing products – you will develop and manage product roadmaps, align stakeholders, analyze customer and product data and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
- Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, by driving alignment on business OKRs, prioritization framework and product roadmap.
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
- Managing execution and rollout - Defining product requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.
- Being hands-on in analyzing data sets and recommending solutions to stakeholders on how to best leverage the last mile platform.
- Communicating the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization.
