Automotive Parts Runner

Walser Nissan of Wayzata is growing and seeks a Parts Support person.  We are opening our new building mid-summer and would love to have you a part of our new home.

Our Parts Support role is the extra hands and legs for our Parts Team...sometimes you will be putting away orders...sometimes you will be driving to other location to deliver parts.  Its a low stress role that keeps you moving.

Hourly Pay Rate: Starts at $15 based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Check in orders, pull orders and put stock orders away
• Deliver parts to the Technicians
• Pick and set up parts deliveries for wholesale customers
• Deliver parts using a Walser supplied cargo van to outside customers
• Scrap warranty and/or obsolete parts
• Check over company vehicles to make sure they are current on all maintenance needs
• Keep company vehicles clean
• Keep good communication with customers, both internal and external
• Actively do cycle counts on the inventory during down time
• Keep shipping/receiving area clean; including sweeping & taking out the garbage

What You’ll Bring

• Prior retail/wholesale parts experience is helpful
• Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, lower, push, leverage, carry, and manipulate packages occasionally weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license 
• Must be 18 years of age  
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work well as a member of a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
