We’re looking for someone that can manage the details in our service environment, we can train if it’s not your wheelhouse! And if it is, even better! As a Service Admin, you will be the key communicator that keeps the service department running smoothly. You’ll be working side by side as an assistant to our service advisor staff to dot all the “I’s” and cross all the “t’s”. You will be introduced to our service processes & cutting-edge technologies. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a high capacity to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, we can't wait to hear from you!
You’ll Make an Impact by:
- Ensuring repair orders and invoices handled appropriately for each guest
- Compiling needed documentation and verifying vehicle info with the manufacturer
- Taking information from the service advisors to ensure the repair orders match
- Finalizing all paperwork ensuring correct parts, labor, and costs applied
- Helping ensure warranty compliance with the manufacturer
- Maintaining manufacturer specific & up-to-date knowledge on the product and services available
