Job Details
Walsworth is looking for a clerk for our fulfillment center on Hawthorne Avenue. The clerk will be responsible for:
-Typing finished customer returns using computer assisted programs and proofreading for accuracy.
-Ensuring accurate correspondence and communication with the team regarding any issues.
-Inputting and keeping specific customer information up to date, such as pricing, project updates and reporting.
-Keeping notes and procedures for each customer current and accurate.
-Scanning and returning information as needed.
-Entering customer information into shared documents.
-Filing original return documentation.
Qualifications:
-Professionalism
-Knowledge of printing and/or fulfillment is a plus.
-Great problem solving skills
-Great decision making skills.
-Strong PC/data entry skills; proficient in MS Office programs.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and six months to one year related experience.
