Company Description: WAM USA INC., is a subsidiary of Italian WAMGROUP, we are a leading distributor of equipment’s and plant components for bulk solids handling and processing in the United States and Canada. The company operates two divisions one in Lawrenceville Georgia and another in Saginaw Texas.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Helpdesk professional located in Lawrenceville Georgia. The role involves day to day computer administration, information technology equipment support, troubleshooting, network management, and providing excellent customer service. The IT helpdesk professional will be responsible for working with IT management and staff utilizing helpdesk request per company policy and strategy.
Qualifications:
• Ability to use in place systems supporting the centralized infrastructure in Italy
• Experience and competency with various computer equipment
• Experience trouble shouting hardware and software issues
• Familiar its computer, network and organization best practices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network Microsoft certified professional)
• Bilingual Spanish, etc. (not required)
• Bachelors’ degree in computer science or related field (Desirable)
Work experience requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Position Type/Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
