What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at WARN INDUSTRIES INC?
Our assemblers perform routine tasks to support assembly, process operations, and/ or production testing in support of our Large Winch Production team. If selected for this role, you will be performing a variety of production assembly tasks including winch building, boxing, electrical component assembly, carrier assembly, and line handling. Every day we strive to have a well-trained workforce, with continuous improvement and innovative ideas, we have developed specific instructions for any new hire to learn from.
Minimum Requirements:
- Entry-level, no experience required. Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Any assembly experience in a manufacturing setting will be helpful
- Schedule flexibility to work OT
- Must be a self-starter, with the desire to learn multiple job functions, and rotate to meet business and customer demand.
- Must possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining effective working relationships.
- It is essential to be able to frequently lift 25-40 lbs and occasionally up to 80lbs of assistance.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Currently doing overtime, 5am - 2:30pm
