Project Manager
This is a full-time position supervised within the Administration department. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing, inspecting and overseeing construction projects from design through construction; monitoring new construction, additions, renovations and repairs to County buildings and site development; monitoring contracts, procedures, workmanship, schedules and job safety; maintaining records and files. Performs related tasks as required. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and extensive experience in construction inspection, management and administration. Possession of an appropriate driver’s license valid in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Possession of or ability to obtain Erosion and Sediment Control and Building Inspector and Commercial Inspector certifications within 2 years of employment.
Salary Range is $48,509.39 - $73,812.76, depending on qualifications, with an excellent benefits package.
