Customer Relations Associate Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales and customer service process through direct introduction to local consumers
- Provide relevant solutions to customers by discussing client product and service information with them and identifying their areas of need
- Ensure proper compliance with service guidelines by utilizing the client-provided handheld device before, during, and after the sales process
- Train with members of the management team and other Customer Relations Associates by attending meetings about client operations, consumer experience, sales metrics, business practices, and market trends
- Become familiar with competing telecommunication firms to answer potential customer questions and negotiate better sales solutions
Customer Relations Associate Requirements:
