Our hotel is seeking an individual to fill the position of Restaurant Server. The candidate should be a team player, helpful and friendly with our guests, ability to maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment/work area, complies with hotel uniform and grooming standards, and remains current with hotel information and changes.
Job Duties Include:
- Greet guest and take beverage and food orders in a prompt, courteous manner
- Present food according to health and presentation standards
- Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner
- Perform side work and other opening and closing duties to ensure wait staff stations are clean and maintained
- Responsible for payment collection
Requirements:
- Alcohol awareness certification is required
- May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must have at least 1 year experience in an upscale, high volume setting.
