Sales Representative - Packaging

Wither it is a fancy retail package or a package designed to assure it ships from point A to B safely, we have the ability and team to make it happen.

Wasatch Container is seeking an individual for an outside sales position. This individual’s role would be to identify, develop and establish new customers. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are required. Must have a strong drive to motivate, generate sales, and develop long lasting relationships with new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to close deals.

• Works well internal with others departments such as Customer Service, Design and Production.

• Needs to be self-motivated and proactively always hunting new opportunities.

• Ability to operate under deadlines.

• Must have good people skills in person and on the phone.

• Must have the ability to multi task and juggle a lot of task at once.

We are seeking a Sales Rep - Packaging to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Effective communication and active listening skills a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
