As a lead consultant, you will develop specialized knowledge and assume responsibility for larger, more complex client deliverables. Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to explore their challenges and deliver research-based insight
Effectively communicate new solutions to clients and colleagues
Lead associates by providing mentoring and overall development guidance
What You Bring:
Specialized knowledge in consulting and/or a specific service sector
Experience communicating with and supporting clients
Expertise in developing and implementing complex client deliverables
Background in leadership and/or mentoring roles
