Job Title: Producer, Game Entertainment
Reports to: Director, Game Entertainment
Status: Regular Full-time
Location: FedExField - Landover, MD
As part of the Game Entertainment team, the producer will produce, manage, and distribute graphic and video content contributing to marketing, safety, corporate sales initiatives, and entertainment at FedExField for the Washington Commanders’ video boards, for football and special events.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties Include:
- Direct, Film and Edit all shoots for Commanders and FedExField productions
- Create digital graphics for Commanders and FedExField
- Load, organize and export all content for the Daktronics OPS and ANC LED boards in FedExField
- Assist with all parts of Game Entertainment (Scripting, Editing PA, Loading Content, etc.)
- Label & organize all videos and graphics
- Utilize & maintain all production equipment (Cameras, lights, lenses, etc.)
- Pre-production (game week): produce in-game sponsored features, with collaboration from Corporate Partnership Dept., for game script (7-15 features)
- Pre-production (game week): organize all content for game script
- Gameday: shoot & edit any sponsored content during pregame from locations in & around the stadium
- Record & “live” edit game day sponsored packages from game action
- In-Game: create 5-10 pieces of content to run later in the game/post-game
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with production software (i.e., Dak Show Control, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- 2-3 years of stadium/arena experience is highly preferred
- Daktronics “Show Control” system experience preferred
- Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Expert knowledge of the video production process (i.e., equipment, storyboarding, lighting, set design, shooting, interviewing, and editing) and the workflow of a broadcast control room
- Strong organizational skills to maintain and manage a large library of video clips, photos, graphics, and digital content for present and future needs
- Artistic skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadline while maintaining the highest quality of work
- Ability to create unique and engaging concepts
- Knowledge of current video and trending video equipment and sports technology
- Excellent time management, communication skills (written & verbal) & organizational skills; detail oriented; can ‘multi-task’ and work under tight deadlines
