Location: Portland Financial Center - 760 SW 9th Ave, Suite 1900, Portland OR
This position embodies the WTB culture by focusing on the customer experience, internally and externally. We are looking for someone who has the ability to establish meaningful relationships and effectively support management, team members, and clients while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
Responsibilities include administrative and teller duties. You will be empowered to provide timely, relevant information and assistance for a variety of inquiries. We will trust you to handle urgent and confidential matters, exercising maturity, discretion and trust to ensure resolution of problems. You will be fully equipped to speak to WTB's products and services, as well as department operations.
Qualifications
- Progressively responsible administrative support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times and in different situations
- Ability to multi-task effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional demeanor and accurate attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- High degree of PC based technical skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products
- Proficient with cash handling. Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
- Ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of Bank and customer information
- Regular, reliable attendance
