Description
Responsibilities:
- Log into customer portal on a daily basis to monitor status of submissions
- Review assigned accounts receivable aging and compare to customer portal data
- If portal data and aging do not match check for missing invoices and/or rejects
- Prioritize rejects to ensure we resubmit before deadline
- Resubmit documents if necessary or work with division to resolve discrepancies
- Accurately record deductions and rebates requested by customer
- Match customer payments and credits
- Provide weekly/monthly update on portal status by customer to
- Identify potential risk of non-payment on a monthly basis and report to supervisor and business unit.
- Advise on recovery of amounts that Business Unit may have reserved for
- Monitor email box daily for rejects
- Advise Director of Credit of recurring issues
- Document all collection activity in designated system.
- Resolve issues timely to ensure that bad debt is minimized
- on activities.
- Respond to both internal and external customer requests in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a strong communication regarding identified account risks, potential credit problems, disputes and customer comments.
- Other duties as assigned and as needed.
Required Skills

Associates or better in Business Administration or related field.
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Collections or AR Experience 1-2 years (preferably business to business/commercial).
