Water Boy Bottled Water is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team of dedicated customer service reps. We are celebrating 50 years of family ownership and have grown to serve our Florida home and office customers with “pure necessity” bottled water from six branch locations. Our reps provide service through phone and email to customers that have questions about service, products, pricing and billing.
If you have experience with phone related customer service, enjoy making customers happy and are proficient with general office skills, we will provide you with the training you need to be a successful member of our office team.
We also cross train our staff so that you can contribute in many disciplines such as data entry, bookkeeping and sales. If you already have experience in these areas, you will receive preferred consideration. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are also a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
Respond to requests from customers.
Process credit card payments as requested by customers.
Resolve any billing or service issues customers may have by researching account history and reaching out to Managers as necessary.
Build relationships with customers by responding timely to their needs in a courteous and professional manner.
Job Skills:
High School Diploma
Customer service experience
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to multi task and manage your time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
