Entry Level Field Service Technician

We are looking for a positive and hard-working team player to join our team!

As a Service Technicians, you will provide excellent customer service through installs, service, maintenance and repair of water, ice and coffee machines. You should have strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone. In addition, you should be comfortable to operate cargo vans safely. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask and interact with customers in a multitude of atmospheres.

Duties (including but not limited to):

· Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform equipment repairs and replacements

· Perform routine preventative maintenance

· Respond to urgent maintenance requests (during business hours)

· Complete assigned installation and service routes in an efficient manner

· Offer additional products & services to clients (commissionable)

· Prospect surrounding clients (commissionable)

· Updating client sign up paperwork

· Complete work order write up post client visits

· Adhere to all company policies, service manuals, safety policies and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

· Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60lbs and using power tools.

· Capable of ascending/descending ladders.

· Ability to work in kneeling, crouching, or bending positions.

· A valid California driver’s license and with a clean driving record.

· Must be at least 25 years old (for company vehicle insurance).

· Strong problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to speak with clients about contracts and obtain required signatures and payments (as needed). Ability to pass any required drug screen, motor vehicle check and criminal background check.

· Ability to work overtime daily (as needed).

· Previous experience as a Technician in plumbing, appliances or similar a plus.

· Monday - Friday: 8-12 hour days.

· Opportunities for additional overtime on Saturdays & Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
