Watertown Regional Medical Center is seeking an HR Generalist / Recruitment Talent Partner. Will assist the HR Department in supporting business objectives of the organization. Develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service in the areas of Recruitment and On-boarding, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations, and other areas as needed. Assists associates and leaders on HR related items.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Resources, Commumication, Marketing, or Business) and 5 years of Human Resources experience. Should have experience in coordinating multiple tasks, working one-on-one with people, and possess excellent communication.
