Waterville Valley Resort is seeking a full-time, year-round Rooms Division Manager. The manager is responsible for hiring, training and leading the front desk staff and supporting the Housekeeping Supervisor while working in tandem with the facilities team. The manager must maintain a high level of guest service and assist with choosing the right lodging/accommodations. Other duties include but are not limited to: maintaining the reservations system; correspond with housekeeping and maintenance for any lodging needs; run necessary reports from the reservations system; collect and maintain relevant departmental data such as occupancy; manage and verify daily department accounting; assist with group sales/weddings in supervising some group lodging block placement and fulfillment. Job qualifications include: strong communication and computer skills; ability to maintain a flexible schedule, to include holidays and weekends; must be able to interact well with guests.
