The Role:
Waterworks, the Nation’s leading luxury brand for bath and kitchen is searching for a Finance Manager to support some of our corporate functions and Product Development organization. This role is a critical member of the Finance team in an entrepreneurial organization. The main objectives of this position are to partner extensively throughout the organization lending financial expertise to the functional leaders and team; to become an expert on all financial data, plans, budgets, and cash management and treasury operations practices ensuring focus and discipline that facilitates healthy growth of the business. This is a hybrid role that requires some onsite presence.
Key responsibilities and success indicators include: providing monthly and quarterly analysis of and forecast for operating income, cash flows and balance sheet; managing daily cash flow and treasury strategy; publishing regular reporting and other financial analyses as required by business; and participating in the Annual Operating Planning process and performing strategic analyses for senior management.

Key Accountabilities:
- Business Reviews and Reporting - Analyze performance of sales channels, operations, and service functions on gross margin, operating expenses, cash expenditures and produce insightful reporting, conclusions and recommendations. Provide information regarding performance, key business drivers, and areas of opportunity or concern.
- Monthly and Quarterly Forecasts - Maintain forecast model for Operating Income and Cash Flows. Work closely with all business leaders in the organization to understand what they do and how they do it in order to predict the financial impact of various activities.
- Annual Operating Plan – Participate in the Annual Operating process and work with senior management to create annual P&L goals. Act as business partner with department heads to determine their needs and ideas for the upcoming year.
- Strategic Analysis - Advise Senior Management on the economics of revenue growth opportunities, new stores, distribution strategies, discount programs, cost saving initiatives, compensation plans, new product introductions, etc. Create and maintain long-range financial models for capital structure initiatives.
- Special projects - Other duties/projects as assigned to support business objectives.
