The Sales Consultant at Waterworks is a hybrid role of outside, inside, and virtual sales, driving growth and market share while building relationships with architects, builders, the design community, and retail clients. The right candidate will combine their passion for sales and luxury design within a structured sales environment that provides the Sales Consultant the tools they need to build their business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Through outside marketing, social media, in-office and virtual client presentations, and other avenues; cultivate and grow relationships with trade clients in the territory covered by the showroom
- Strong ability to effectively and confidently pitch the Waterworks’ line of products both in person and virtually using technology
- Meet or exceed sales and marketing quotas and goals
- Manage all phases of client projects (initial meeting, product specifications, quoting and beyond)
- Provide monthly/weekly sales reporting: pipeline and project status
- Provide superior customer service to enhance long-term relationships, brand loyalty, and market share
- Actively identify and develop new business and relationships
- Manage client relationships through use of CRM system
- Actively participate in industry and showroom events; ie networking events, CEUs, lunch and learns, etc.
- Other projects to drive sales/results as assigned
