We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Parts & Supplies Sales Counter Associate at the Sioux Falls, SD location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge of and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors
- Ensure customers are aware of our full product line as well as any product promotions
- Responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the sales and profits in your store
- Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives
- Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates
- Follow up, verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep showroom stocked and orderly
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas
- All other duties as assigned
