Position Summary
As a general laborer will be responsible for assembling, assisting, and completing various tasks or objects to ensure that results will be the best quality. Position would be eligible to become an electrical apprentice.
Essential Job Functions
- Assemble signal arms and fixtures on power poles prior to them being set.
- Assist with setting poles, structures, and power foundations.
- Shovel rock, tamp poles, and tamp trenches.
- Glue pipe and pull wire in conduit.
- Tying of Steel Cages.
- Assist in concrete pours and finishing.
- Load, unload, and haul materials and equipment.
- All other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
