**Voice and Data Cable Technicians Needed**

Growing structured cabling services company is looking for lead technicians and installers with experience in the proper installation of Voice and Data Cabling Systems. We are also seeking entry level technicians.

JOB REQUIREMENTS LEAD TECHNICIANS AND INSTALLERS :

  • Install, terminate and test copper cable (CAT 5E, CAT-6 and Fiber desired).
  • Use cable test equipment
  • Use of basic hand tool and have full understanding of proper operation of such tools
  • Knowledge of industry standard color codes and terminations
  • Must be able to read, understand and interpret blue prints
  • Understand and adhere to NEC, TIA/EIA, BICSI and local building codes and standards
  • Perform infrastructure installation for cable trays, racks, grounding, bonding, fire stopping and cabinets.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel locally and overnight desired
  • Good Communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Wage for Lead Technicians and installers will be based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
