WAVE.tv is seeking a Content Recruiter to fully own talent acquisition operations within our content department for all creative roles. This person will work as an expert on all things content-related and understand how to successfully attract qualified creative candidates including digital media producers, preditors, and more. You will apply your years of experience to help set sourcing and outreach strategies, grow diverse and robust pipelines across disciplines while driving forward a great candidate experience. The Content Recruiter will manage competing priorities and effectively break down (or work around) roadblocks through collaboration and creative problem solving.
Core Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting of all open roles through sourcing + screening candidates, and scheduling as needed
- Understand what good looks like in creative portfolios
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across all disciplines
- Establish relationships with department leads across the organization
- Understand individual team needs and goals to source appropriate talent
- Partner with Recruiting Lead to establish a recruiting roadmap and develop a sourcing strategy to meet those goals
- Own and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Evaluate all recruiting processes assessing for equity, efficiency and overall experience--adapt as necessary
- Track timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in Greenhouse
- Manager requisitions for all content and editorial positions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience doing full cycle recruiting with a focus on non-technical and creative roles
- 3+ years of experience working in-house
- 2+ years of experience working at recruiting agency, boutique or otherwise
- Experience with traditional recruiting tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse is a plus) etc.
- Experience using creative recruiting tools: creative job boards, Dribbble, Behance, WNW etc.
- Creative sourcing techniques
- Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- A love for sports and the future of media consumption
