Wavelengths Psychology is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team in Massapequa. If you are looking to get involved with private practice, we provide support through consultation, teamwork, great experience, and education. Beginning in September, 2024, our educational series will be focusing on a deep dive into Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, addressing CBT for anxiety, depression, trauma, play therapy, and more.
With weekly team meetings, training, and full front desk and billing support, we are ready to welcome you! Full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week), fee for service positions available with benefits of sick leave, NY state paid family leave, and 3% retirement match for all employees. Health/dental/vision is also available for those working an average of 20 hours or more.

Responsibilities:
- Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and interest in working with children and teens
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
