- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory control and management
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks
- Utilize warehouse management system to track and monitor inventory levels
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Train new employees on warehouse operations and equipment usage
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery
- Familiarity with e-commerce, 3PL, and distribution center operations
- Excellent inventory control skills to manage stock levels effectively
- Knowledge of logistics principles and practices
- Experience in team management, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ability to utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
