**This is a hybrid role and will work onsite 2 days per week with travel to one of the Fulfillment Centers no more than once per quarter.** This role can be located in one of our Fulfillment Centers or HDO Locations: Lancaster, TX; Port Wentworth, GA; McDonough, GA; Aberdeen, MD; Perris, CA.

As a Recruiting Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert in identifying and engaging with talent for Wayfair’s scaling teams. You will be responsible for owning stakeholder reporting relationships, driving talent strategy, developing and coaching a team, and driving efficiencies in the recruiting process. You will own sourcing strategy, interview process, reporting, and data analysis for your team.
What You’ll Do
- This position oversees the Talent Acquisition (TA) team supporting leadership roles for the NA Supply Chain
- Establish vision, strategy and roadmap for how we will source top talent and efficiently run an effective recruiting process to deliver on Wayfair’s immediate and long-term hiring goals. This team produces a monthly target of onsites, offers, and hires to meet Wayfair’s hiring goals.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure talent acquisition is proactively identifying the target candidate profile, adjusting to business need, and pitching Wayfair job opportunities as effectively as possible
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring the team has a high degree of psychological safety and impact orientation
- Lead your team to deliver business impact by establishing and optimizing our sourcing and interviewing strategies in ways that lead to measurable gains in our recruiting metrics (e.g., response rates, screen volume, conversion rates, candidate NPS, hires, cost per hire, retention)
- Help us continually improve our team across a variety of topics: learning & development, team culture, recruiting processes, partnership with other Wayfair departments, and data analysis
- Lead by example by stepping into support top priority open roles when needed
What You’ll Need
- 5 years’ recruiting experience, with preference for candidates with experience at high-growth or tech companies.
- 2 years’ experience successfully leading and growing teams that are highly effective both in terms of impact and team culture
- Passionate about talent acquisition, with a lens for exceptional candidate experience and ability to partner with the key business partners
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience using data to influence change, set clear goals and measure success and create actionable insights
- Superior communication skills with the ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans across multiple levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
